Well we got an early start and headed back to California. Last gas stop in Quartzite (maybe head there in January?), lunch in Palm Desert, then over the hill to the Ranch. Not a bad drive.
Our friends Bill and Debbie have already planned a trip to the beach for this Monday. It will be a bit weird waking up tomorrow and not having them with us for coffee. But we travel well with them, didn’t kill each other, and got back still liking one another.
7700 miles, 4 months 3 weeks, tons of memories and experiences. Had a great time and planning our next trip for 2020! See you then.
