We took a bit slower way to stay off I-15 through Salt Lake City – it was still highway but a much nicer drive. The campground is right in town (good) so we’re close to everything. But it is an older park with many older permanent trailers – some of them dumps (bad). We’re here at the end of winter so all the trees are bare, grass in brown, and the place looks run down.

Thursday was another quiet day catching up with bills, etc. We do enjoy these days to read and just hangout. We did go to dinner at a real nice place right across the street from the Falls.

Friday we decided to live large – so off to the Idaho Potato Museum! It was actually quite cool to learn the history of the potato. Did you know it first originated in Peru? I can also tell you exactly how McDonald’s makes their fries (yes they are real potatoes).

Saturday was another bike ride day – splint, oxygen and all. They have a very nice paved Riverwalk going on both sides of the water. Day was 65 degrees so perfect for getting out.

Sunday was Easter. We had a great Easter Service vis zoom (getting used to this). We have amazing Pastors at the Ranch. Marsha and I spent the day at the rig – cleaning, chilling, working on the blog. Tomorrow will be a drive day so hanging out just felt good.
Monday, up at the crack of 9, then off on the road.
