Finally! Leaving on May 10th. But wait….

As we said, we hold everything loosely.  Two days before we were to leave (back in March) the pathology for a basal cell carcinoma Marsha had excised, came back with facial nerve involvement, so she had to undergo a month’s worth of radiation treatments.  So our trip was put on hold, she started treatment, and we decided to leave May 10 (her last day of treatment).  However, both of us just had more biopsies, so now we are in a holding pattern again.  We still plan on leaving next Friday, but we are waiting for biopsies to come back.  One day at a time!
